George Pessin is a UC certified Master Gardener (since 2004) and one of the instructors of the Grow LA Victory Garden Classes.

He has been featured in the following press:

In 2017 George published his long-awaited garden book, The Edible Backyard Vegetable Garden (including 35 recipes). It is currently available as a downloadable ebook on Amazon.

George is also the owner and creator of School Garden Weekly, a website for parents, teachers, and students about how to start and maintain a school garden.
